I’m so happy you’re here!  Throughout all the seasons of my life, the tools of my yoga practice have grounded, inspired, strengthened, and comforted me.   Yoga is a practice that invites you to connect with Yourself over and over again...increasing Self-Awareness, Liberation, Inner Peace and so much more.  It has transformed my life in all ways, and I'm here to share with you the insights I’ve learned along the path. About Jamie Adair Yoga

Jamie has been studying & practicing yoga for more than 20 years.  Her practice began as a way to manage stress and anxiety, and she soon discovered that yoga enhanced all aspects of her life physically, emotionally, and spiritually.  Jamie leads from the heart and guides her classes authentically to combine breath, energy, and movement. Her clear and encouraging teaching style allows yogis of all levels, ages, and backgrounds to feel supported and motivated. She is passionate about helping others cultivate their own healing practice by connecting to the universal flow of energy & combining physical strength with natural movement knowing that every body is unique.  Her experience and nurturing make each class a safe haven to grow and explore.  Jamie has been influenced by many teachers on her path and is inspired most by her 2 children who teach her to remain present, joyful, and connected. Individual or Group Session

The Private Session:

This class will allow you to dive deeper into a yoga and meditation practice.  Expect to be supported and guided as you explore new ways to nourish your nervous system and gain strength and vitality.   The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on self awareness to help you reconnect and rejuvenate your body and mind. Included is a free 30 min consultation to discuss your goals for each class.  This is a popular one, reserve your spot now!

 

The Group Session: 

Grab your friends and family for a unique and inspiring experience with a private yoga session. The Group Session integrates yoga poses, meditation, breath work, essential oils and music to foster deep connection and will be uniquely tailored to your needs and schedule. .

Yoga Teacher Mentoring

This program is a safe space to do deep, personal work as you find our voice as a teacher.  Jamie will guide you in the translation of the studies of Yoga philosophy to incorporate into your daily life and your classes. Expect exploration of esoteric topics, strategic planning and organization to help you connect with your students and increase your skills and knowledge to meet your teaching goals.

Practice anywhere in the world! The Online Class is a much-needed break from the stress and speed of everyday life. Corporate Yoga

By bringing yoga directly to your office in person or via zoom, Jamie has created this Group Session to be uniquely tailored to the needs and schedule of a fast paced work environment. The Group Session integrates guided relaxation meditations, yoga poses you can do at your desk, and breathwork to combat stress as part of a holistic technique.

Jamie has been an amazing yoga instructor. I talked to a few instructors before choosing Jamie. Jamie took the time to understand what I was looking for and created a practice specifically for my wife and me.
